ABOUT
DREAMCATCHER ABA

A calm, collaborative approach rooted in connection

DreamCatcher ABA is intentionally small — designed to provide calm, consistent care that families can trust.

I keep a limited caseload, so every child and every family receive consistent, relationship‑based support directly from me.

High turnover and rotating staff can make it hard for children to feel safe and make progress — so I do the opposite. I stay small, steady, and deeply connected to the families I serve.

Because I work as a solo practitioner, I’m able to truly know your child — their routines, their strengths, their challenges, their personality — and I’m able to know you.

The person building your child’s program is the same person supporting your home routines, coaching you through tough moments, and celebrating every win.

I offer both direct ABA services and parent‑training‑only support.

Some families work with me primarily through caregiver coaching, while others blend coaching with direct sessions. Both paths are meaningful, effective, and individualized. Your plan is built around what your child needs — and what helps you feel confident at home.

At the center of my work is a simple belief: parents deserve tools, confidence, and support to help their child make meaningful, sustainable progress.

I don’t just work with your child — I work with your family. When parents feel empowered, children thrive.

1. Connection Before Compliance

I prioritize building trust and emotional safety first. When children feel connected, learning and skill acquisition become natural and sustainable.

2. Compassionate, Child‑Led Support

I follow the child’s cues, interests, and readiness. This approach reduces stress, increases engagement, and honors their autonomy.

3. Collaborative Caregiver Partnership

Caregivers are the experts on their child. I work alongside families to create meaningful, realistic, and culturally responsive plans.

4. Evidence‑Based Practice

Every strategy I use is grounded in research, clinical experience, and ethical ABA principles that support long‑term growth.

5. Respect for Neurodiversity

I celebrate each child’s strengths and identity. My work supports skill development without trying to change who they are.

6. Sustainable Skill Building

I focus on skills that matter in daily life — communication, independence, emotional regulation, and meaningful participation.

My Values

How We Work

1. I Begin with What Your Family Needs Most

When a referral comes in, I start by verifying insurance benefits, so you have a clear understanding of coverage and next steps.

When families reach out to me directly, I begin with connection — taking time to learn about your child, and your family's needs.

Both pathways ensure your family gets the right support from the very beginning.

2. I Listen to Your Family’s Priorities

You know your child best. We talk through your challenges, routines, and hopes so the support fits your real life, not an idealized version of it.

3. I Build Ethical, Individualized, Culturally Responsive Programs

Every goal is meaningful, developmentally appropriate, and shaped by your family’s culture, routines, and values so progress feels natural and sustainable.

4. I Support You Every Step of the Way

Parent partnership is at the heart of my model. You’ll receive tools, scripts, and guidance you can use outside of sessions — without pressure or overwhelm.

5. Your Child Works with a Small, Steady Team

Your child works with the same familiar people — not a rotating staff. This consistency helps them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.

6. We Celebrate Progress Together

I track growth in simple, transparent ways — for your child and for you — and adjust support as life changes. Every step forward is important, and we celebrate those moments together.
